We want you to love what you wear. If your order isnβt quite right due to size or any other valid reason, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please note: delivery/courier charges will apply in all cases.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for size issues or other valid reasons.

You must ship the product back on the same day you receive it, with the original tags and packaging intact, to the same address mentioned on your courier slip.

A βΉ120 deduction will be made from prepaid order refunds to cover delivery charges.

Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 5 days for the replacement product to be delivered.

Customers are responsible for paying courier charges each time a product is sent for exchange.

Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with the quality, fit, or size.

The product must be in unworn, undamaged condition with original tags and packaging.

Ship the item back to the same address shown on your courier slip.

We are not responsible for transit damage β any damage claims must be taken up directly with the courier company.

Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed via online transfer only:

Prepaid Orders β Amount will be refunded to the same account used for payment (minus courier charges).

COD Orders β You will need to share your bank account details for the refund.

Courier charges for returns are always borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Orders placed under special promotions such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free or stock clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
